Job Description:
- Be the first contact for SAP development technical design, advise, prototype, estimations, and technical solution proposals.
- Review functional specifications and make sure the proposed solution is technically feasible, secure by design, performant and re-usable
- On demand analyses new solutions, advise on options, risks, costs and benefits, and impact on other business processes propose best solutions considering AD strategy and norms.
- Have a broad view on the existing developments, propose to adapt/reuse existing developments instead of building new ones.
- Comprehend the business processes and the information flows, being able to quickly understand any new impact on these flows for new applications
- Be the SAP development standard safeguard, the technical design should respect the SAP best practices, avoid any deviations in the proposals.
- Collaborates efficiently with the Ahold Delhaize Business partners, COE Functional Specialists, Solution/Enterprise architects, and application architects to ensure alignment of new SAP applications.
- Prototype solutions, investigate new technologies/techniques, build proof of concepts applications.
- Collaborate closely with SAP solution architects and provide technical advice for new SAP applications.
- Participate in project lifecycle as technical adviser and steer the decision for the best technical design considering implementation and support cost.
- Help and coach the development team from technical design perspective or in the development techniques.

Required skills:
SAP applications technical designer, with a minimum of ten (10+) years of experience in analysis and design of SAP Implementation Projects.
- SAP hands-on development experience with a minimum of 10 years hand’s on development in various SAP systems, mainly S4H, BPC, MDG. Experiences in ECC, BW, F&R, CAR, SRM is a plus.
- Development experience in all SAP techniques and objects.
- Proved technical design experience in SAP application developments.
- Very good understanding of integration technologies like CPI, PI, Mulesoft, and experience in integration projects is welcomed.
- Good understanding of the main SAP modules like SD, MM, FICO, experience in customizing in those areas is a plus.
- Experience in SAP IS-RETAIL project is a major plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with the various technical or functional teams.

Study
- Graduate IT (master) or equivalent by experience
- Excellent knowledge of English
